Our mission is to provide resources and supports to families with young children to create an environment and culture of learning which recognizes and values parents as children’s first and most important Educator.
The Hampton Alliance for Lifelong Learning (HALL) has been serving children and their families in the Hampton and surrounding areas since 1998. We are a registered Canadian charity, operating both community-based programs and our certified Playtime Learners Preschool.
